The GAP-TONO is a fitness training, focusing mainly on strengthening key areas from the waist down and arms.

Goals:

· Flat stomach

· Defined waist

· Toned legs

· Hardened buttocks

· Increase strength and muscle mass

· Define key areas: arms, abs, etc.

Methodology:

· Exercises to define muscle toning

· Progressive activity, increasing strength and endurance improving tolerance to fatigue

· Overall work around the body to improve posture and prevent injuries
